Pearl Izumi Women's Elite LTD Cycling Jersey - Breathable Performance Bike Shirt for Road & Mountain Biking - Perfect for Training, Racing & Outdoor Sports

I bought the large based on the reviews but this jersey was a bit too loose on me. A bike jersey should be form fitting. For reference, I am 5'3" and weigh 127lbs. To be clear, this jersey does NOT run large, I just bought the wrong size based on the reviews. I should have gone with the medium. That said, the jersey is cute.I ordered the Cherry Blossom print, and it looks exactly as pictured. I usually order a large with Pearl Izumi since I don't like my shirts to look painted on me. I have noticed that the Pearl Izumi's that zip all the way tend to run a bit smaller. This one is a little tighter than I usually wear, but not enough for me to send it back. BikeSomeWhere was great at shipping the shirt out ASAP and I got it at the beginning of Amamzon's estimated arrival window. No problems.I picked this jersey primarily for the print, which makes me (and others) happy everytime I wear it on a ride. However, this jersey is not just stylish, but also is extremely comfortable and functional. The fabric is not too thin or too thick, and it wicks sweat away to keep you cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold. There are three back pockets to hold all of your cyling essentials. The only thing to beware of when ordering this jersey is sizing. Many Pearl Izumi clothing items tend to run small, and this jersey is meant to be very form-fitting. I purchased this jersey in a size medium, which is my normal Pearl Izumi size, but in many other brands I'm a size small. The medium fits me perfectly with no room to spare.I bought 2x (Normally I wear Large, sometimes XL) and there was just no way my upper arm muscles+chub were going to fit in this. The colored stripe on the end of the sleeves doesn't have any give. I had bought 2 cycling tops intending to keep this one and give the other to a friend. I gave this one to her instead and it looks great on her (she usually wears medium). Under the pockets in the back there is some elastic that holds it in place while cycling so nothing peeks there which is a nice feature.I have come to expect exceptional quality from all Pearl Izumi items and this jersey did not disappoint This jersey is very form fitting . I like the fact that is zips all the way down . Like a jacket. It is really comfortable and super cute. I get compliments on it every time I wear it. The price was really good too.I kind of, sort of don't really want to review this item...... because..... I hate to fight for any available colors if other people start grabbing them!!!! But, honesty overrides selfishness, and here I go: If you are petite, but are self conscious about your midsection (I'm only 91 pounds but that does not mean anything, I know all you girls agree with me!). These jerseys ROCK! the full zipper keeps you cool on the big hills, and the pretty colors make you look your best, so the guys you pass on those big hills hate you just a little less ;-)I know cycling products are slightly famous for being sized much smaller than normal clothing, but my wife routinely wears medium jerseys (including OTHER pearl izumi medium jerseys) and this one is so tiny I'm not sure my wife needs a L or XL in this particular style. I'd guess its more of a European race cut rather than an american club fit.Terrefic materials and construction, just be aware of the size before you buy it.This top runs small, so you might want to order a size up from your normal size. I wear a 10 or medium in blouses and bought a large in this top, which fit nicely. I like having the back longer than the front, so it won't ride up above my pants. I also like having the three roomy pocket in the back, although I haven't used them. I love the orange-red color, too.Sehr schönes Trikot. Wie alle Produkte top verarbeitet.
