At the price point, this is a solid jersey. The material is a bit thin, if you're self conscious about chest hair or something like that, but it breathes great, and in Neon Yellow, it's sure to help you avoid getting run over on the road. The only thing I'd change: Make the pockets narrower. On me, even though the fit is about right, things in the left and right pockets are sometimes sliding around my sides when I'm leaned over, and the pockets are also too wide to hold a water bottle upright; it just falls over and sits horizontal in the pocket, leaking water down the small of my back and right into my... well, you get the idea. But it's still a great deal for the price, and I'm definitely going to order a second one.For the price of this, you can't go wrong really. The neon yellow is very neon - great for riding on the roads. The sizing seems to be pretty good, maybe slightly on the large side. The pockets on the back hold plenty of stuff (though I am slightly afraid something might fly out of the large, center pocket). My only complaint would be that the bottom of the jersey doesn't have much elastic to keep the shirt from riding up. Not really a major problem, but slightly annoying.I've used this on a few rides and it is working great so far!I ordered an XXL, which fits my 6'1" 220 lb. frame well. When laid flat, this jersey measures 20" across the shoulders (measured seam to seam), 23" across the chest (measured 1" below the armpit), 20" across the waist and bottom opening, and 31" long in the back.Although the jersey appears to be well put together (stitching is straight and even, no loose/stray threads), unfortunately, it is constructed of low-end materials, including a generic front zipper and a 100% polyester fabric that is downright abrasive. This thing feels just like the uniforms I wore in Little League back in the 1970s. In this day and age, there is simply no excuse for using a fabric this scratchy and unpleasant, even in a budget garment. In comparison, a 100% polyester Dri-Star T-shirt (made by Starter, available at Wal-Mart for $8) blows this jersey out of the water in terms of softness.BDI's use of cheapo fabric and zippers suggests that the thread holding this jersey together is also bottom shelf material. I would not be the least bit surprised if it were to begin falling apart after a few months of normal wear and tear.I gave this item 3-stars because there was nothing wrong with the quaility of the BDI cycling jersey. I purchased the jersey in X-large size, but what arrived could only fit on a young, thin teenager, not a grown man.I am six feet tall, weighing about 195 lbs. The X-large was way to small for me, and this was the largest size available.I've been cycling for years and find that most cycling jerseys are overpriced so finding good quality clothes at a decent price just makes sense. This jersey does fit into that category. If you are of slight build, this may work for you. Overall, I find that most cycling jerseys are made for smaller frames.Keep this in mind when you select the size!!I used this on a recent 50 mile ride from Baltimore to Annapolis and back and it worked wonderfully. I never buy cycling products at retail price because the entire sport is expensive as crap. I got this jersey relatively cheaply, I think about $30 or so, which is about the max I'll pay. I like the solid color, although if you're riding at dusk or night this will absolutely be an issue for people/drivers to see. It is very light and the air passes through it nicely, both of which are good for riding in nice weather. If you're going out in cold weather, well you shouldn't be wearing this type of jersey anyways. The (3) back pockets are a good size and easy to get things in and out.Definitely recommend this.I usually wear XL shirts and I got a 2XL Jersey. I recommend you go up one size when thinking about this shirt.Performance was better than I expected. I started wearing cotton shirts when I was first started biking and they stuck to me as it rained or I sweated. I took this jersey out yesterday and I noticed that I could feel the wind. I did feel cooler and did not feel wet at all after I started sweating. I would recommend this jersey. I got mine in the "don't run over me orange" because I want to be seen either on the trail or on the road.Very comfortable and very brightly colored. I've stopped cycling in anything but day-glo colors, too many cars near me. The sizing seems normal. I'm 5'11" and 150 pounds, the large fits like a normal t-shirt for me (not like a skin-tight cycling jersey that some people use). I could do without the zipper, but it is nice to be able to open it up on really hot days. The three pockets in the back are very deep and I've never had anything fall out, even though there aren't zippers.Pros:-brightly colored-inexpensive-breathes well-fit is more like a t-shirt than a super-heros costume-no fake sponsor logosCons:-I wish it came in orange, as I don't think yellow stands out against trees as well as orange does. This fits somewhat large compared to typical biking jerseys, but let's face it you're not a pro, the wind rippling in the tiny amount of extra fabric didn't cost you anything. And neither did the jersey. A bike jersey that's actually worth the price tag. Stop re-wearing that ugly shirt that had a model year like a car and makes you look like a walking NASCAR advertisement.
