I am 5,6 190 pounds this shirt was very comfortable. A large fits just right go one size up for a loose fit.I love the my adidas T-shirt the quality and the fabric it fits exactly as what I expectedI like the shirt but it runs small. I can fit a S or M in tops which I had ordered a M and it fits like a S. I came back to see if a L was available for exchange but it's out of stock. Bummer!I don't care for white tops...but this one I love awesome fit and comfortable.Great for, clean look. Nice sporty-casual appearance.The product fits exactly as the measurements chart.
